Blueport Commerce Checkout Overhaul
Challenge:
Completely overhaul Blueport Commerce's shopping cart and checkout funnel experience mobile-first for their platform
Approach:
- Complete a broad competitive analysis
- Establish KPI's to track conversion
- Build a User Experience Map.
- Design, user test and iterate wireframes and hi-fi mockups.
- Walk clients through the wireframes, new features and kpis.
- Lead as Product Owner in Agile Development ceremonies, grooming and planning for development.
- Establish MVPs and write Product Briefs.
- Collaborate with Internal stakeholders, executives, clients and development team and refine.
- Measure ROI and KPIs in Omniture and Google Analytic and report to key parties.
- Continue to manage and mentor creative talent iterating on my initial research.
