• Created flexible Usability Analysis to test website areas for consistency

Led team to create, set up, conduct, and analyze user testing with hypothesis and extensive testing questions

• Created "executive" data analysis for each test with appropriate design recommendations to resolve major friction points

• Provided UI means to excite and tempt customers throughout user journey
